Do clients and suppliers need an account?
For viewing only, you can share a link that opens without an account. To collaborate, invite the person and set their project access permissions.
Can I use it on site on an iPad or iPhone?
Trazo has an iPad and iPhone app with offline work and syncing when you reconnect. You can also print a QR code for the site so the team can access the latest drawing version on a phone or tablet.
How does billing for active projects work?
Your subscription sets how many projects can be active at once. Archiving frees up a slot and keeps files available to view and download. There is no per-user fee, and your subscription price only changes if you switch plans.
Can I track the time spent on each project?
Yes. Time tracking helps compare effort across projects and distribute the team’s work more effectively. The records can also support hourly services.
Will my team get help getting started?
Trazo is designed to feel intuitive from the first visit. Our team is also available to help set up your workspace and get started around your firm’s workflow. Onboarding and support are discussed during the demo.
Does Trazo replace my design software?
Keep creating in AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, SketchUp or the tool you already use. Export PDF files to Trazo for reviews, comments, tasks and version control.
